A May Intention

I returned last week from a one week road trip vacation to visit family in Arkansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

Rock Garden Park – Little Rock, AR

It was great to visit family and to return home again. I like home better than most anywhere else.

Home is great for recovering from a long road trip. Staying home too much creates an imbalance in my mental health, however.

Fortunately I have responsibilities that require my participation in life- like teaching, working in my daughter’s shop 2 or more times a month, and various projects.

Greenhouse Salon & Shop

One current project is (maybe always is for me) to find motivation in a spiritual & physical practice.

This week I started some YouTube videos to introduce and begin the reading of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Each video will include a reading, sound healing, or asana practice (or all of that).

From past experience, I know this practice – contemplation of the yoga sutras – is something that strengthens my connection to inner self.

The first reading:Yoga Sutras, Asana, Sound healing
