Karen Murray has been teaching yoga, meditation, reiki and coaching for more than 20 years. She offers these services privately, but mostly enjoys teaching yoga and strength classes to seniors and yoga to everyone who wish to learn to do yoga with the right alignment for their body – not to look like a photograph but to feel this right alignment in the form of energy connected to the earth and stretching out in comfort and support. Yoga offers one of the best forms of exercise for the body and mind’s wellbeing.
